Membership Information
Become an Exclusive Member of The Country Club for kids with just a few
simple steps!
- Call our office, (603) 895-2234 to arrange a personal visit.
- Discuss your educational and childcare needs with our staff. We strive
to accommodate each family's individual schedule and needs.
- Download the Registration
Form, fill it out completely and return it with the registration fee
to our office.
- Have your child's pediatrician fill out a current
Health Form. (We may
accept a copy of your Dr.'s form or the one that is available for you on
our forms page). This health form will need to be updated yearly to
attend.)
- Print and complete our
Tuition Payment Form. Attach a cancelled check and return it with
the registration form.
- Print and sign the
Tuition & Childcare Agreement Form. This form has pertinent
information regarding payment.

Financial Information Regarding Membership
Please refer to our
Tuition and Childcare Agreement and
Fee Schedule. Please note, all
payments are made by ACH (Electronic Transfer) so only one check is needed at
the start of the school year. Each Monday, we will post a weekly withdrawal
from your checking (or savings) account. Funds are deducted from your account
on Wednesdays unless otherwise arranged. Payment may be made weekly,
bi-weekly, monthly. There is a $25 returned check fee for all returned
payments due to Insufficient Funds.
No payment is required during our 2 weeks of vacation (the week between
Christmas and New Year's and the week at 4th of July). All other absences
must be paid. All holidays are pro-rated and 2 snow days/cancellations are
figured into our weekly rates. This means, every week, even holiday weeks,
will have consistent, regular charges associated with them. Please refer to
our
School Calendar for daycare and
holiday days. For "school only" members (attend 9-12 only), there is no
charge for school vacation weeks.
